HOURLY OR FLAT RATES
Your choice of either Hourly (timed rate) or Flat Rates. Hourly rate quotes are timed quotes, the total depends on how long the move takes. Flat Rate quotes are not timed, the quote will be the exact cost of your move. Generally, most customers prefer flat rates. Timed quotes are only better if your move will fit in the time allotted for each truck size, without going over. The hourly rate site has the block of time allotted to each truck size for the rate. If you have any doubt that your move can be completed in the time allotted, it is better to get a flat rate.
